How we handle editorial complaints.
Blissful Quarters is committed to fair, accurate and balanced reporting. We take complaints about our editorial content seriously and respond promptly and transparently.
How to make a complaint
Complaints should be submitted through our Contact page and should include the URL of the article, the date of publication, a clear description of the issue, and — where possible — supporting information.
Our response
We will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days. If more time is required due to the complexity of the matter, we will keep you informed of progress.
External review
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Press Council, of which Blissful Quarters is a member.
